At the Veterans Association of North County (VANC), we are thrilled to offer a rejuvenating yoga experience every other Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm. This program is specially designed for our service members, veterans, spouses, and their families, as well as first responders and medical support professionals. And the best part? It's completely FREE!

Our certified yoga instructors, each with a minimum of 200 hours of training, are also trained in trauma-conscious teaching methods, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
